These terms govern your use of Play Code Direct. By accessing the site or making a purchase or sale, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Play Code Direct is operated by VentureBound Travels. These terms form an agreement between you and VentureBound Travels.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into contracts to use Play Code Direct. You are responsible for complying with Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement when trading CS2 items.
2. What we sell
Play Code Direct facilitates the purchase, sale, and auction of virtual CS2 in-game items ("skins"). Items are digital goods delivered to your Steam inventory via trade offer. We are an independent marketplace and are not affiliated with Valve Corporation.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your selected display currency and are based on live market data; they can change at any time before an order is placed. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Displayed non-USD prices are estimates for convenience; the settlement currency is shown at checkout.
4. Delivery & trade holds
We deliver via Steam trade offers to the trade URL you provide. Due to Valve's trade-protection rules, trades may be held for up to 7 days. You must have a valid trade URL and a public inventory to receive items. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees.
5. Selling on Play Code Direct
Sellers must own the items they list and be able to deliver them promptly. A platform fee applies to each completed sale. Payouts are issued after a sale settles and the item is delivered. Fraudulent or undeliverable listings may be cancelled and accounts suspended.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Play Code Direct for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, the sale of stolen items, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
Play Code Direct is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from Steam/Valve outages, trade holds, or price movements outside our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
