Refunds & Returns Policy

Because our products are digital, all purchases are generally final. However, THE SOCIAL EDIT (Reg No: 2025/345100/07) may consider refund requests in limited circumstances.

1. No Physical Returns

As our products are non-tangible, no physical returns are accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate purchase has been made.

  • Technical issues prevent access to the product.

  • You did not receive product access after successful payment.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • Requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of purchase.

  • You must provide proof of payment and account details.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Processing times are typically 7–14 business days.

5. Exclusions

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse.

  • Incompatibility with your device if system requirements were met.

6. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of South Africa.
