Because our products are digital, all purchases are generally final. However, THE SOCIAL EDIT (Reg No: 2025/345100/07) may consider refund requests in limited circumstances.
As our products are non-tangible, no physical returns are accepted.
Refunds may be considered only if:
A duplicate purchase has been made.
Technical issues prevent access to the product.
You did not receive product access after successful payment.
Requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of purchase.
You must provide proof of payment and account details.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Processing times are typically 7–14 business days.
Refunds are not granted for:
Buyer’s remorse.
Incompatibility with your device if system requirements were met.
